This policy describes the information handled when you visit the DC AI Studio website or contact our Toronto studio about a project.

Information you provide

Our enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and a message about your project. If you email us directly, your email address and the information in your message are included in that communication. Please share only information needed for your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use the information in your enquiry to respond, discuss your requirements, and communicate about the services you request. Project-specific information and arrangements can be discussed separately before work begins.

Contact forms and service providers

Our website contact forms submit your information to Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree processes submissions under its own Privacy Policy. Our email and website hosting providers may also process information needed to deliver messages and operate the website. Provider processing may take place outside Canada.

Website data, analytics and cookies

Website requests can include technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the pages requested, which our hosting provider (Vercel) may process to deliver and protect the service.

We use two analytics services to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive and which device or browser they use, so we can improve it:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC). It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information, which Google processes under its own Privacy Policy. • Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc.). It counts page views without using cookies and without identifying individual visitors. See Vercel's analytics privacy information.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information. Analytics data may be processed outside Canada.

Your privacy questions and requests

You can contact us to ask about the personal information associated with your enquiry, request access or a correction, or request deletion or withdrawal of consent for further use. We will review requests in light of applicable requirements and any records that must be retained.
